Kesha Brown is a Risk Management, IT and Business Development professional. She has considerable experience working in and with the financial, education, technology and customer relationship management industries. Her expert skills include risk assessment, risk management training, risk modelling, risk governance, develop and test business continuity plan, business recoverability strategies, corporate governance, enterprise risk management and operational risk management. She also embeds policy in systems, develop system requirement, system testing, system user training, review system controls, system configuration and implementation and business process reengineer. Kesha create policy manuals, change management policy, capacity building, project management, proposal writing, business plan writing, communication plan, public relations, client relations management, building online presence and leadership.

She is a diverse graduate of MSc Risk Management with Distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland where she was awarded the Best Overall Student prize for the MSc Risk Management Programme. She also received a distinction for her in-depth research on the Application of Enterprise Risk Management in the Jamaican Financial Industry which involved four Jamaican financial institutions and a professional services provider. She is an Institute Risk Management Affiliate Member and also a Chartered Insurance Institute Affiliated member. Previous to this she completed the BSc Computer Science Engineering (Hons)

As an enthusiastic, bilingual and highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal and management skills, Kesha is a strong collaborative team leader whose meticulous approach to work keeps her goal oriented. She thrives on delivering tangible results and improvement. Having been in the capacity of Independent Business Consultant, IT Consultant, Business Analyst, IT Instructor, Programmer and held several leadership roles on NGO boards, these have positioned her to be a valuable team leader in the engagements she undertakes. By being involved in discussions, conferences and forums with the relevant professional bodies, this provides a platform to be an asset to her engagements. Kesha is a philanthropist with various leadership roles in her Kiwanis Club Board and Division and she is also involved at the Professional Development Institute & Girls Town.
